10 Nov Full Moon Sound Bath & Guided Imagery for Chakra Cleansing – 26 November – Chania

We gather once more to nurture ourselves while extending our care to those in need!

We are thrilled to invite you to another Sound Bath event on the November full moon, hosted at Metohi Istoria Ktima Spyridakis, a captivating 15th-century Venetian metohi! During this full moon gathering, our intention is to cleanse our energetic bodies, elevate our vibrations, and engage in Karma Yoga. All proceeds from this event will be directed to the Smile of the Child, an organization dedicated to addressing all forms of violence against children through holistic initiatives.

To begin the evening, Angeliki Rebelou, yoga and meditation teacher at Yoga Class Chania, will lead us through a session of focused breathing and meditation, grounding us in our physical bodies. Following this grounding, we will immerse ourselves in the therapeutic sounds produced by Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments, guided by sound therapist Manolis Zografakis.

These transformative sound therapy instruments have the power to calm even the busiest of minds, leading us into a state of profound relaxation and enabling our bodies to embark on a journey of self-healing. During the session, all you need to do is recline comfortably and surrender to the therapeutic frequencies and vibrations emitted by these diverse sound healing instruments.

Please arrive by 6:40 PM to allow time for settling in and finding your comfortable spot. The doors will close promptly at 6:55 PM, marking the beginning of our journey, which will conclude at 8:30 PM, coinciding with the rise of the full moon!

What to bring with you:

– A mat to lie on (yoga mat) 

– Comfortable, warm clothes

– A blanket and socks in case you get cold

– A pillow for your head

– A bottle of water
